
Segment Manager – Private Banking services [JU - SM12]
Our client
Multinational bank and financial institute.
Tasks
• Responsible for the Private Banking division proposition across products, channels.
• Develop and implement clear strategy for the Private Banking business covering Deposits and Investments.
• Responsible for profit contribution targets to the retail business.
• Participate in driving the retail business strategy as a senior member of team.
• Full Profit & Lost responsibility for the Private Banking division concentrating on investment, FX, fee revenues.
• Track all marketing initiatives to assess and evaluate their results with respect to spending levels.
• Lead Private Banking related project implementation.
• Manage cross functional project teams to implement key activities.
• Continuously review and develop sales tools.
• Deliver high quality customer service and client experience.
• Drive and supervise all investment product related system development.
• Work with Operations, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance functions for enhancing product and service offerings.
Requirements
• College or university degree (preferred economic or financial studies)• Expert knowledge and understanding of the Hungarian private/priority banking, wealth management proposition and market
• Good knowledge of Hungarian banking and financial services
• Deep product understanding including product/segment marketing strategy development
• Understanding of macroeconomics
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• Excellent visionary, strategy and business development skills
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and presentation skills
• Excellent written, verbal, problem solving, project management, influencing and analytical skills
• Fluency in English
