
Service Manager (Investment Bank) [JU-HICS12]

Tasks
• Proactive support of local and multinational customers using our Cash Management solutions (the total number of clients to be served is currently 320)
• Act as sensible and professional contact point and coordinator for all the day-to-day service needs of our clients upon handover from the Implementation team
• Receive client inquiries and respond immediately or hand over to the appropriate operational units for handling, whilst coordinating, following up and providing status updates until final resolution of the issues
• Liase closely with Global Cash Management Implementation, Sales, Product Management in a dynamic international environment
• Implementation of Electronic Banking Products and Technical Client Support
• Project coordination incl. monitoring of project progress, organisation and handling of internal and external status meetings
Requirements
• Relevant banking experience especially in Relationship Management or Service Management• Experience to work in a client service unit
• Strong customer service orientation and attitude, ability to manage client expectations on the phone and in face to face meetings
• Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously within set competencies in an international environment
• Accept involvement in customised and complex cash management deals
• Good Team Player and Self learning attitude
• Good communication and organizational skills
• People management skills
• Advanced PC knowledge with MS office applications
• Fluency in English
Advantageous
• Basic knowledge of ERP-systems, general ledger systems and electronic interfaces
• Project Management experience
