General Accountant (Temporary assignment for 3 months) [GNO-DT6]
Our client
Our client is a major multi functional shared service centre in Budapest that is now seeking a young professional for a 3 months assignment (until 30.06.2010.) to perform as a General Accountant in its General Accounting Team.
Tasks
•Carry out timely, accurate and compliant Period End reporting processes for relevant markets/entities for Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, Cash Flow and Intercompany...
•Compliant GL reconciliation
•Carry out Month End System processes
•Initiate and allocate different types of intercompany payments to trading partners
•Perform month-end intercompany reconciliation with vendors and customers
Requirements
•Educated in Finance/Accounting and/or has relevant experience - minimum 1-2 years on accounting area, preferably in a SSC•Results orientated and capable of working in a deadline driven environment
•Has customer focus, able to build excellent relationships with relevant internal and external customers
•Excellent analytical skills
•Hard working personality, flexible, inquisitive and proactivite
•Able to work individually and in teams
•Good business English, able to communicate effectively
Advantageous
•Experience in working with integrated software systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
•Audit experience is an advantage
•International (part) qualification (IAS/UK/US GAAP) is an advantage
