
Senior Recruiter (Temporary assignment - 3 months) [GNO - SR76]
Our client
Our client is a worldwide information technology services and solutions company, dedicated to delivering the precision thinking and relentless execution that drives clients’ business transformation. Their portfolio of business solutions includes consulting, systems integration, outsourcing, network services, security, and enterprise-class server&related technologies.
Our client opened its Budapest office in January 2007 providing various business process outsourcing and technical help desk services internally and to its clients across Europe.
Tasks
- Lead complex recruitment campaigns, with a constant flow of hiring needs directly from the business
- Build relationships and keep contact with Universities, Colleges and Educational Centres
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Interview candidates, take part in Assessment Centres
- Monitor and follow-up on candidate status
- Take active part in creating and improving recruitment policies and practices
- Create and forward reports
Requirements
- University or college degree- Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment with creative/direct sourcing methodologies such as CV database mining, social media and professional online networking and multiple assessment techniques
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Outlook, as well as Applicant Tracking Systems
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Ability to work with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment
Advantageous
- Experience in working in a Shared Service Centre/IT company
