Our client
Our client, the Walt Disney Internet Group designs, develops, operates and supports digital platform contents and services such as Massively Multiplayer/Role Playing Games, community portals and other Internet, mobile, interactive TV contents for distribution to external customers as well as to other own business units.
Tasks
- Creative production of all art assets to support editorial content for Disney.xx templates. (art assets include a mix of photo imagery, illustrative and animation);
- Brand guardian for Disney.xx, ensuring the brand integrity and quality of all online destinations is maintained;
- To support with creative ideas and visual mockups of sponsorship, bespoke content development or existing content deals;
- The role will require dedication and enthusiasm in a production environment, working to programme schedules, continuously evolving and increasing the impact of Disney.xx online presence;
- Where capacity allows, this role will be encouraged to be part of the ongoing content creation and site developments as apart of the Disney Online offering for our audience focusing on digital asset creation or as part of a team on long running projects.
Requirements
- University or college degree;- Solid understanding of relevant web technologies or tools: Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop;
- Understanding of coding technologies XML, HTML;
- Solid working knowledge of Photoshop and image management technologies;
- Fluency in English;
- Demostrable experience in a creative role within a consumer facing online company – preferably with an entertainment or child-focus bias;
- Experience in an online content focused environment, preferably working with journalists and editors;
- Strong commercial awareness;
- A genuine enthusiasm for designing entertaining content for children.
