Our client
Our client is a major multi functional business service centre in Budapest that is now seeking a young professional to perform as a Service Support Agent with German and English languages.
Tasks
Provide technical support over the phone and via e-mail to end users calling with IT-infrastructure problems.
Tasks:
- To troubleshoot, correct technical faults and guide the caller through the necessary steps to restore functionality
- To solve hardware and software problems - on cell phones and blackberries as well
- To work together with colleagues to share information.
Requirements
- Strong German and English knowledge- University or college degree (preferable IT or Engineering diploma)
- Minimum 1 year previous Help Desk experience
- Strong hardware and software knowledge in the areas of Personal Computers
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Good verbal communication and listening skills
Advantageous
